PR/Social Media Blog #12 - How is your cell phone affecting you?

How is your smartphone affecting you?

These days, the time people spend their time on smartphone is increasing. On average, people pick up their smartphone 221 times a day to do things with it, according to Tecmark.

There are both advantages and disadvantages about using smartphone. In this blog, I would like to focus on disadvantages.

- Smartphones are giving your fingers superpowers
- Your phone is tricking you to drain your energy
- Looking down at your phone is harming your neck
- You feel obligated to check your phone, leading to stress and unhappiness

Now that we cannot live without smartphones, but they have a negative influence on our body physically and mentally.

We should rethink our relationship with smartphones.
