You have to reflect the results from measurement you get. When you present your results to your bosses, Katie recommends to plan your presentation according to these six points.
- Ask for money
- Get commitment
- Manage timing
- Buy influence
- Get outside help
- Just say no.
I thought the last tip, "just say no" was most important in business, but at the same moment, it is difficult to make a direct denial of the manager's suggestion, especially for Japanese.
