Corn Maze
On October 20, I joined the fall event held by international student services and went to Suter's Farm which has a corn maze.
The weather was cloudy after fine. At the farm, it was windy because there were no high buildings. I really enjoyed the weather which I cannot experience in Japan.
Corn Maze is also the thing I cannot experience in Japan. There were a lot of sweet children and they all were having a great time there with their parents.
These days, it has become a serious problem that children do not have enough places to play outside because of urbanization and spreading digital devices, and that it has harmful effects on their healthy development of children.
However, by playing outside, like the farm, children can communicate with their parents more and can develop physically and mentally. I think this is a great way
which they can do only here, countryside.
Through my experiences, such as the Annual harvest & Herb Festival and Corn Maze, I have come to like American countryside!
I am so glad that you had a good time at the corn maze. Every October I try to go to at least one. It is a great way to spend time with your family and be outside for a change!
ReplyDeleteSuters Corn Maze is actually very close to my hometown and I remember going there every year. It is a great time and sociable place. I love the countryside more than the big cities because it is where I grew up and learned to love.
