"Reply Marketing" is a means of being realized and used services. By using this method, enterprises can find new customers who do not know their services yet.
Here are some examples.
If someone, who do not know he can rent private homes and got a concert's ticket in a distant place, and he cannot find a hotel he can stop at, he will give up the concert. In this kind of situation, enterprises can offer their service by using "reply."
There is other practical example of "reply marketing." When someone tweeted,"Need a new laptop," official Windows account replayed and offered their computers.
Enterprises can search these tweets by searching keywords, not only their company names, like "Windows," but also "new computer" or "computer."
